How Sweep Coins work
The short version: they're for fun, and they have no cash value.
- What are Sweep Coins (SC)?
- The coins the casino games are played with. They're just for fun: they have no cash value and can't be redeemed.
- How do I get them?
- You get 10,000 free SC the first time you open the casino, and you can claim 2,000 more once per day (UTC) from the lobby. You can also buy them: $1 buys 100 SC.
- What do I get when I buy Sweep Coins?
- Your SC, plus one spin of the Lucky Wheel. The wheel always pays more Gold Coins than you paid: usually 10% to 25% more, sometimes 35% to 50% more, and occasionally double.
- What are Gold Coins (GC)?
- Prizes from the Lucky Wheel. You can load them into your game rooms, where 1 GC is worth $1 of game credits. They can't be cashed out directly.
- Can I cash out Sweep Coins or move them to my wallet?
- No. Sweep Coins can't be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or prizes. Nothing in the casino moves money in or out of your wallet.
- How are results decided?
- Every outcome, including the Lucky Wheel, is drawn on the server with a cryptographically secure random number generator before anything animates. The animation only reveals that result, stop timing never depends on the outcome, and there are no engineered near misses.
- What if my connection drops mid-round?
- Rounds are saved on the server. Retrying a request can never charge or pay you twice, and when you come back, bonus features and unfinished hands continue where they left off.
- Where can I see the odds?
- Every game has a public rules page with the full paytable and the long-run return, labelled as exact or simulated. Those figures describe the games' mathematics and aren't an independent certification.
- Is there autoplay?
- No. There's no autoplay, no gamble or double-up feature, and every spin or hand is started by you. Bonus features run on their own but can be paused at any time.
